In 2012, under the name SJN. Architecture, designing homes & doing all the construction drawings was our jam.
We worked with lots of general contractors...One thing we noticed was lots of Residential Contractors losing out to larger competitors.
Digging deeper, we found this was due to better customer experience and a selection of pre-designed house plans meaning new-build leads could be more creative without the pain of starting from scratch.
Would you buy from a motorcycle shop with no bikes on display and the slowest order time in state?
OR...
would you instead buy from that motorcycle shop that always has the latest bike options on display, and every model is ready to test and take home that same day?
...Many people feel the same with general contractors who have no imagery & concept plans... Not to mention the slow speed of designing from scratch! Lots of "would-be" clients find starting from scratch painful and slow.
Tract Homes and Production Builders are not always a client's ideal choice, while General Contractors, who genuinely care about build quality, normally force clients' to design their home from scratch.
...We decided to change this!
We started designing architectural concept house plans and paired them with inspiring artist impressions plus the original, editable CAD files (DWG & ArchiCAD) for fast custom changes.
We then tested this with a small group of General Contractors over time.
...The results started showing!
General Contractors who had our plans saw an increase in new-build clients start happening!
In 2017 we rebranded to Homepacks.
Now, we're always releasing new house plans and ultra-sharp artist impressions so General Contractors like yourself can prosper under your brand.
Improvements over time saw General Contractors get even more new-build leads, new-build clients signing up faster, and locals taking these General Contractors more seriously because of their professional look and frictionless, customizable new home designs!
