We Have been in business for six years.
We are a small four-person crew that take great pride in our work.
We mainly do new designer builds and large renovations in north Taranaki.
We decided on Homepacks because they offer a very high-quality service with the best looking concept homes and website design and because of the way the leads are set up to get us plenty of potential clients.
We had lots of people asking if we offered concept plans and new builds, and we never had that to provide our potential clients.
We looked for a solution that would be a great online presence and be an easy process to get our website designed etc.
We considered getting a website designed and then concept plans designed to what we wanted but soon realised that it would take far too long and be a very long process. Homepacks offered the best looking plans and excellent service.
We had talked to Sam about the process and how long it would take, and this was when we knew it was right for our small company.
Sam was really the reason why decided to use Homepacks with his knowledge of the industry years of architectural design background and his knowledge of how to get our business out there without spending crazy amounts of money on ads and get our name into our region and show people what we offer.
The biggest benefit we noticed was the response from people about our online image and professional look.
We seen massive results when we did our ads on social media bringing in around 40 leads a week consistently, which was hard to keep up with if I'm honest but great for our business exposure.
Now we don't advertise at all, and we still generate 10 a week on average.
Yes, very much so! We also get lots of leads from the concept plans and gives a good base to start on then customise your floor plans from there.
We also get lots of requests for quotes on new builds that clients already have plans for and lots of big renovations.
It helps massively with getting a style to build to and a floor plan that we can start with then add or take away things our clients do or don't require.
We found it great, and I had an idea of what style of homes I wanted to focus on, and that is now our online business image that we stand by.
We did get a good variety of floor plans and styles, so most people find what they are looking for.
The Barney build (which is what we've called this plan) was upsized to 246 sqm.
We made the garage bigger and added an office and massage room to that side of the house.
2.7m ceilings with a pitched ceiling over kitchen and living.
We went very high end on the whole build from the latest iconic Bluetooth switches and designer cover plates to refurbished ship lights outside. Also, massive walk-in showers with no glass to clean, a Daikin ducted heat pump system, inbuilt surround sounds set up outdoor speakers and many other special features!

...Plus an additional $80,000 of landscaping. We done mega amounts of concrete etc.
